Change your mind on something you purchased?
Just bring back your tagged, unworn and unwashed items with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase and receive store credit that will never expire. Online purchases may be returned by shipping back to us using the instructions below. As a boutique, our inventory turns over quite fast, which is the reason for our 14-day return policy. This means you get the newest fashion, all the time! Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs, odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
Merchandise must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a re-shipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.

RETURNING IN STORES, SOMETHING YOU PURCHASED ONLINE
Just bring the packing slip/receipt you received with your package and you will receive store credit accordingly.
SHIPPING
Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $8. We offer free shipping on orders that are over $100 within the continental United States. Standard shipping orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.
Kirtsey’s Boutique is NOT responsible for:
-Delays with USPS/UPS/FedEX shipping
-Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping company used will be responsible once we ship the packages.
-For products which are marked delivered by the Post Office/UPS/FedEx, you will need to contact them to obtain information regarding your package.
-Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information!
