What is CommentSold?
We have started to utilize CommentSold as a new way for you to purchase items from us. If you see this on any of our posts you can purchase right from the post once you have registered at Comment Sold. We plan to also use this platform for online, LIVE SALES! Here are all the details so you can get signed up to save:
- Registration - Click on Kirtsey’s Boutique Shop URL https://kirtseys.commentsold.com/
- Login with Facebook to become a registered customer and be sure to enable the “Send to Messenger” box.
- Account page - Here you will see tabs for shopping cart, paid items, fulfilled, and wait-listed. You can also edit your address, email, and apply store credit and coupons!
- How to comment - The word "SOLD" is the key word in every comment. It MUST be included for the system to properly invoice. Size and color (as applicable) must also be included with their comment. If you are unsure of the sizes/colors available, please refer to the post or video. Each variant must be spelled correctly exactly as it is listed in the post/video. The system also does NOT pick up edited comments. If you customer comment incorrectly, you will need to leave an entirely new comment.
- Purchasing multiples of the same product - If you want to comment on a single post and would like 2+ of that same item, you will need to leave a comment for each item desired. 1 comment = 1 item.
- How to purchase - You will access your link included in the post to view/pay all invoices. You can comment and add as many items as you’d like to your cart before checking out. Once you get to your cart, you can remove items if you would like. You will have 2 hours to complete your checkout process before items will be removed from your cart!
- Facebook Messenger - IF you have messenger notifications enabled, you will receive notifications regarding the status of your comment.
- Ex) Item in stock, waitlisted, item restocked, etc. From messenger notifications, you can also click "PAY NOW" to be redirected to your account page to view/pay your invoice. To opt into messenger notifications, you’ll need to check the messenger box upon registration.
- Credit Guide: If you have a store credit, that will show in your cart once you have logged into your account. Once you are ready to checkout, you will click on the blue button labeled “click here to use account credit.” Kirtsey’s is NOT able to apply credit for you.
- Return Policy: Sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. If purchasing a full priced item, you can return it within 14 days for store credit only. Return costs are up to the customer.
